PTFA / PTFE Coating Available
J Flow Valve offers a particular option for valve application - the Valve with Coating.
FUNCTION
Valves with coating is mainly for anti-sticky. The coating will strongly adhere to the surface of the parts coated. Valve body, end caps, ball and stem are the parts usually coated. This will simplify the work to clean the valves just with water flush. And the ports will not stick to the media - even glue. The coating parts are good looking for the valve installed outside. The 50 - 70 μm thickness is much thinner then normal painting, and will not come off for years. The PTFE coating will have permeation, it can elongate the life-time of corrosion but does not stop it. Lining with at least .012" thickness PTFE is the best way to prevent the valve from corrosion.
VALVE CHOICE
The valve with PFA/PTFE coating can be performed on the entire J Flow product range. Even for the project of casting and machining are available.
