J Flow™ OB2500 Series Two Piece High Performance Flanged Ball Valves

An ANSI 150 or ANSI 300 two piece direct mount flanged high performance ball valve, with an orifice in the ball.

• Advantages:
  • The orifice allows for better control of media in the pipeline.
  • The seat is encapsulated in a metal ring, which prevents the seat from cold flow.
• Standards: ASME B16.34 rated
• Size: Ranges from 1/2” to 12”
• Options:
  • 15, 30, 45, 60 and 90-degree balls
  • The ends can be ANSI 150, or ANSI 300
  • The valves can be NACE certified

The J Flow™ OB4600 series is a 2,000-PSI, three piece high performance ball valve, with an orifice in the ball.

• Advantages: Full port, Cavity Filled Teflon seats, 10RA finish, live loaded packing, Heat codes stamped on the valve is a standard, ball is highly polished to ensure tight shutoff and long service life, the seats are available as a cavity filler which eliminates all crevices, gaps and pockets between the ball and valve body which reduces the risk of contaminants being trapped or solidification of product
