J Flow Controls offers a complete line of ball valves, direct mount valves, trunnion valves and specialty valves. Our ball valve line includes two-piece, three-piece, sanitary three-piece tri clamp ends, tube ends, sanitary three way cavity and non cavity filled and flanged and three way, four way and five way ball valves. Our ball valves are reliable, highly efficient and rugged. The majority of our valves offer a recessed seat, which will prevent the seat from cold flowing and allow the seat longer service life.

Our line of direct mount valves includes two-piece, three-piece, flanged and three, four and five way valves. Because the valves are direct mounted, a bracket or coupler to mount a pneumatic or electric actuator is not needed. All of these valves have live loaded and adjustable stem packing, which are all blow-out proof. The valves’ torque is lower, so you do not need a large actuator to open and close the valve.

J Flow Controls line of trunnion valves range from 1/2" to 60" in diameter. These valves can be full port or reduce port. The trunnion valves are fire safe to API 607 4th edition and API 6D certified and NACE certified as well. The class range is ANSI 150 to ANSI 2500. These valves can be pigged and are double block and bleed.
